1) When will the preorder items arrive?
It will arrive in 1-2 weeks time after placing the orders. (Normally, I will place orders at end of month.)
eg:if you purchase at the 2nd week of the month, you may need to wait up to 3-4 weeks.

2)How come I have yet to receive reply from you?
I will check my email and reply within 24hrs or latest 48hrs....please check your spam mailbox if you have not receive replies from me.

3)Do you ship overseas?
Sorry. This site is only for Singapore Based.

4)How long will I receive my items?
